Do you know what’s really cute? These Chocolate Hedgehog Truffles, pictured above. My heart felt like it jumped and skipped a beat when we discovered these. The Hedgehogs are rich, Belgian milk and white chocolate are topped with milk and dark chocolate sprinkles. Can you guess what they are filled with inside? All are filled with a luscious hazelnut praline.
Where did you find these? I’ve been searching the internet all day to try and find a mold for these and I can’t find them anywhere! Please help me!!! My mother would like to make them for my brothers birthday in mid June. Thank you in advance for your time.
The website listed only sells the actual hedgehog chocolates already made. I am not sure where to track down a mold. Let me know if you find out. =)
I actually did end up finding them, they are a European company. The website is called getsuckered.com. Theyre kind of spendy but worth it in my opinion
