Mint Chocolate Chip Cake & Frosting

If you’re a huge fan of mint chocolate chip ice cream and your birthday is right around the corner, this cake recipe has your name all over it.   Rasberri Cupcakes Blog baked David Lebowitz Devil’s Food Chocolate Cake Recipe and frosted it with her very own custom recipe of Mint Chocolate Chip Frosting.   She used the leftover icing by scooping 3 scoops of frosting topped with miniature sugar cones.  It made a swell replication of Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, except in the form of a cake.
