Neapolitan Whoopie Pies

Strawberry and Vanilla Frosting sandwiched between Chocolate Cake-like-Cookies. These fine ingredients make up a Neapolitan Whoopie Pie. Eat Cake For Dinner blog advises, “The chocolate cookie is very chocolatey, so I think these need a lot of filling to be able to compete with the cookie!! These whoopie pies are very very yummy!!”
