Brownie Popsicles

I hope I didn’t alarm you when I said Popsicles?!  These Brownie Popsicles actually are not ice-cold.  They are brownies shaped like popsicles and have popsicle sticks placed inside of them.  They are decorated with frosting and colorful sprinkles.  These are the perfect birthday party dessert.
