I found this for Espresso Chocolate Chip Shortbread on Food Gawker. Under the photo was the description, “These cookies are like money. They will soon replace currency. People will want them more than gasoline. Sorry”. Enough said, count me in. Use Real Butter says she has made countless amounts of these cookies. Kudos to Deb from Smitten Kitchen for starting this fab trend. I can hardly wait to try this for myself.
