How to make Halloween Ghost Meringue Cupcakes

Trick or Treat?!  Check out these darling Ghost Meringue Cupcakes by Everyday Occassions.   Jenny piped festive ghosts made up of Swiss Meringue Buttercream on top of each chocolate cupcake.   she sprinkled pureed chocolate Oreos on top of the chocolate frosting so that it replicated dirt.   This has got to be one of my favorite Halloween Cupcakes.
