When I first saw this chocolate cake from Sockerrus, I felt a little twang of disappointment because I knew I could never decorate anything quite this fantastically. I was WRONG! I’m so happy that I was wrong that I just have to say it one more time: I WAS WRONG!!! The appearance of this cake will astound your guests, leaving you peppered with compliments, without them ever knowing that this technique is obtainable to the notice decorator.
