Nothing says autumn quite like an apple tart. And now that I’m obsessed with treats in the shape of turkeys, I was so excited to come across these adorable Turkey-Shaped Apple Tarts from Miranda Made. The apples in the tart create the turkey feathers, raisins make his eyes, and a simple egg wash will help you stick the head, body, beak and gobbler together. Miranda Made’s instructions for this “not too fussy” dessert are clear and simple to follow. Making these turkeys would be a great activity to do with kids! I can’t wait to try it. Each turkey will have it’s own personality…turkiality? Gobble gobble!
