Baked Apple Pie

I am intrigued by little things. I love collecting small spoons, serving dishes and bowls. I even like baking little things like mini cupcakes and chocolate chip cookies so when I saw this recipe for Apple Pie (in the apple) by Testado, Provado e Aprovada I couldn’t wait to check it out. These individual pies are darling! Each apple is carefully carved into a small bowl and the pulp is tossed with cinnamon, sugar and flour only to be tucked right back inside and topped with pie dough.
