Creme Brulée Fudge

When I think of fudge, I always think chocolate.  I’ve recently been learning that there are LOTS of fudges out there and not all are chocolate.  Take this Creme Brulée Fudge from Not Quite Nigella, for example.  While her third recipe does contain white chocolate chips, her first two attempts contain no chocolate–white or dark!  What a great treat to offer when so many candies and goodies at holidays have some type of cocoa in them.  I also love that this recipe has been tried and tested to be a sure winner, all the time and every time!  Thank you, Not Quite Nigella for doing the experimenting for us and sharing your great recipe!
