Eggnog is a treat to look forward to each holiday season. It’s rich, creamy, sweetly spiced, and the flavor seems to translate well to just about everything. Cookies, cupcakes, lattes, you name it. I’d never seen Eggnog Cheesecake Bars, however, until I saw this post from The Galley Gourmet. With a mixture of mascarpone and cream cheese in the filling and a graham cracker crust, these are sure to be a delightful addition to any holiday gathering.
