One of the best things I discovered while living in Brooklyn, NY was cannoli. I’m a cannoli fan for life, so when I saw these adorable Ice Cream Cone Cannoli from Cookies & Cups, I got very excited. So excited, I might follow Procrastination Girl’s lead and attempt to make cannoli myself. I’ll make sure to use cheesecloth, as she suggests, and I might even try pistachio rims instead of chocolate chips. She may procrastinate, but she has brilliant ideas. These Ice Cream Cone Cannoli are adorable!
