Black and White Red Velvet Cookie Recipe

I feel like I’m at a black tie event just looking at these fancy cookies!  With a cakey red velvet center, these dressy little numbers from Salad in a Jar are definitely red carpet worthy.  I happen to love the fact that Paula gives us a homemade recipe for the red velvet instead of sending us searching for a boxed mix.  She also gives great tips along the way to make our cookie baking a fantastic experience.  These would be a festive cookie for New Year’s Eve or Valentine’s Day!

    These cookies look awesome! I’m a big red velvet fan so I don’t think they would last that long in my house!
