I lead a pretty Harry-Potter-sheltered life. I was in college when the books came out, and my kids aren’t old enough to read them yet, so I just missed out on the craze. The name Butterbeer Jelly Shots conjured up images of beer flavored shots, which I just couldn’t imagine being good in the least. But thanks to Michelle at Rock UR Party, these beautiful cubes of perfectly sculpted jello shot wigglers caught my fancy and I just had to read the recipe. No beer involved! (Don’t get me wrong about a good cold one, but I’ll drink it with a plate of tacos, thanks!) A sweet, boozy, gelatinous cocktail made with cream soda, vanilla vodka, and Butterscotch Schnapps which can party on a plate, or do a “pole dance” on a popsicle stick…yes, some things you have to go see for yourself!
