Luckily, Café Fernando has shared an incredible recipe for Pistachio Eclairs for those of us who are feeling adventurous. By adding an Italian gift to the recipe, Crema Di Pistacchio, from the world’s capital of pistachios, Café Fernando created an incredible treat. The éclairs are made with a simple cream puff pastry, filled with pistachio cream, and topped with a bittersweet chocolate ganache glaze. Don’t these just look divine?
