Cookies ‘N Cream Oreo Fudge Brownies

Did I just see what I think I saw? I could hardly get the recipe straight since I was looking at the decadent pictures of these Cookies ‘N Cream Oreo Fudge Brownies from Kevin and Amanda. Brownie batter mixed with Cookies ‘N Cream ice cream and poured over Oreo cookies that layer the bottom of the pan? Yes. That is what I saw, and holy moly, these brownies are my next diet busting dessert!
