On Friends, everyone makes fun of Joey for saying his favorite food is sandwiches. Well, I’m right there with him. There are so many amazing things you can put between delicious slices of bread…or cookies. Check out The Galley Gourmet’s Frozen Yogurt Sandwiches with Blueberry Swirl. You’ll have to plan ahead a little to get these ready to serve, as they need to refreeze overnight once they’ve been assembled. Totally worth the wait, of course.
