Anyone spending hot days with kids needs activities to nab the borings and cool treats for cool playtime breaks. These ice cream bars are a great kid-friendly activity, and fun for adults too. The best part is, all it takes are popsicle sticks, gum balls, and a rectangular carton of ice cream. Of course, I suppose you could stick other things to your ice cream bars.
