I want to throw a party tonight just so I can serve these lovely Chocolate Mousse Parfait right away! I love how Rachel, from My Chic Life, shows them in mini parfait glasses with spoons tied right on with ribbon! Not only are they beautiful, they’re a chocolate lover’s dream. I mean look at those pictures. Brownie crumbles, mousse, chocolate shavings: yum. Definitely take Rachel’s advice and add some flavor to your whipped cream. I recently had bourbon cinnamon whipped cream on top of a cocktail. It was fabulous. The possibilities are endless.
