Some foodie pictures inspire me to want to race away from the computer and start baking immediately. This bright and cheerful Pink Snowball Cake from Sprinkle Bakes is causing that exact reaction! I’m finding that during the doldrums of winter, I’m excited for the beautiful, vibrant colors that kick off Valentine’s Day and continue on into the bloom of summertime. This moist chocolate cake is more than just visually pleasing on the outside–one look into the middle and you will find a fun filled (quite literally!) center of fluffy, sugary, marshmallow cream and butter.
