I am often intimidated by vegan recipes. However, this recipe for a Jelly Donut and Coffee Cupcake totally has me inspired. Kim of C’est La Vegan has crafted this recipe for those of us that need a little pick me up in a sweet treat. This cinnamon filled cupcake is topped with an espresso frosting and garnished with a jam drizzle.
