Warm Chocolate Cakes with Toasted Marshmallow Meringue

I’ve made molten lava cakes before, and these warm Chocolate Cakes with Toasted Marshmallow Meringue are the dressed up version!  Aside from the obvious marshmallow meringue, what attracted me to them was that they’re in individual serving ramekins.  Turns out, The Italian Dish came up with that idea to make them easier to serve.  Genius!  If you’re not quite up to making the meringue, you can simply invert the gooey, chocolatey cakes onto a plate and dust with powdered sugar.  All sorts of option that all lead to “yum”!  In other words, this is a dish that’s just delish! :)
