Cheesecake is a wonderfully rich dessert that comes in many varieties. With the exception of some chocolate shavings or a few strawberries, you typically don’t see much adornment on a cheesecake. That is why I am sharing this photo of a Swirled Frosted Cheesecake from Shirley Nemesh. Before you click over let me just say that this website is in Hebrew and is not easily translated into English but I just had to show you the beautiful way that this cheesecake is decorated. It’s a fun option for a dessert that can sometimes be a bit plain looking. All you need is a frosting that goes well with your cheesecake, usually a whipped cream or cream cheese frosting. Add the frosting to a piping bag with a large star tip and pipe into swirls. Start in the middle and work your way around until the cake is covered. Who would have thought a cheesecake could look so pretty?
