Once again, I’m inspired to go kitchen gadget shopping. Thank you, Picky Palate for the baking and shopping inspiration. These Blueberry, Caramel, and White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies look fabulous. Picky Palate suggests a muffin top pan for making nice, big, tempting cookies. She also uses a special ingredient: Caramel Bits from Kraft. If you can’t find them, how about butterscotch chips instead? With or without them, these cookies promise to be a special treat. Happy Baking!
