Gluten Free Chocolat Macarons with Chocolate Buttercream Filling Recipe

Delicious Chocolat Macarons Buttercream1

Just looking at these beautiful and delicate Chocolat Macarons with Chocolate Buttercream Filling from Forgiving Martha, reminds me of window shopping along the streets of Paris, eying every pastry shop I passed until the perfect afternoon sweet treat tempted me to open the heavy wooden doors and make my gleeful purchase.  I’m not sure that there’s such thing as a “bad” french pastry, but these perfectly sculpted Chocolat Macarons could definitely hold their own along any of the finest pastry shops in France. Oh, and for those of you who are gluten-intolerant, this recipe uses almond flour.  So thrilled with these cookies was Jess when she mentioned that “excessive celebration [was] happening in [her] kitchen when these sweeties worked perfectly.”  Hop on over to her blog, bake up a batch, and you too can be doing your own happy dance!
