The sweet taste of caramel melting in your mouth is what I imagine when biting into these Dulce de Leche Cupcakes by Roxana’s Home Baking. With alternative ingredients like whole wheat flour and chia seeds for an egg replacement, this recipe version can be adapted using eggs instead. I love the flavor of dulce de leche. Being a Southern Texas girl, it is one of my favorite flavors. The icing on these cupcakes looks divine and I’m sure tastes just as good too.
