As you may or may not know, I am a huge fan of parties with a theme! That’s why I wanted to share this recipe for Golden Snitch Truffles from Girl Meets Bowl with you. While I have to admit I am not a big Harry Potter fan, I am a huge fan of these adorable truffles. I don’t really get the whole wizard thing, but these truffles make me want to pick up the book to figure it out! Not to mention spraying truffles with edible gold dust sounds like fun to me! The truffles are made with a combination of chocolate, cocoa powder, whipping cream, and Kahlua. Once they are rolled in cocoa powder, the fun begins with some gold dust and the addition of some chocolate wings. For Harry Potter fans, your Golden Snitches will be complete. For me, I just might stick to the Golden Truffles. Either way your party will be dazzling!
