Super cool idea! This clever Hidden Zebra Stripes Cake from My Cake School was so surprising that it makes me smile to look at it. Hidden behind an innocent looking, classically decorated white cake, are these wild swirls of zebra stripes that I guarantee no one will see coming! On My Cake School’s blog, you’ll find a complete tutorial in which creator Melissa says, “if you haven’t tried this method already, write it on your cake ‘bucket list’ –it’s fun–and looks much more complicated than it is, which I love!” Two cake mixes and a 1/4 measuring cup later, she makes it sound easy enough that I may successfully earn my stripes!
