Homemade Mascarpone

Mascarpone is a wonderfully dreamy Italian cheese that has a spreadable texture similar to cream cheese. And believe it or not, it’s actually very easy to make at home. Baking = Love shows us that just two simple ingredients, cream and lemon juice, are all it takes to make your own delicious batch of Homemade Mascarpone.  I learned to make cheese a few years ago and I was amazed at how easy it is to do. It’s a fun activity for kids too, sort of like a science project in the kitchen!
