Lucky Mint Pie

Luckily, Very Best Baking has this simple recipe for Lucky Mint Pie. By starting with a chocolate crumb crust and adding peppermint extract and green food coloring to an instant vanilla pudding mix, this decadent pie comes together quickly and easily. You can even make it ahead, giving you more time to come up with other festive foods and decorations!
