By now, you probably know that I love leftover dessert for breakfast. Pumpkin pie, banana bread, fruit tarts—all tasty in the morning. But what about breakfast inspired desserts? Check out these Maple French Toast and Bacon Cupcakes at Pass the Sushi. The cream cheese frosting has maple syrup in it! With nutmeg, cinnamon, and brown sugar in the cake, these are bound to be amazing at breakfast, lunch, dinner, or any in between. I love the bacon garnish! I think I’ll serve these after an ‘eggy’ brunch.
