I have to say, things filled with fruit are usually my favorite things. Maybe I just really love jams and jellies. I don’t really need them to be inside anything. Sometimes, I just go for a spoonful! Anyway, what I’m trying to say is that these Pineapple Tart Rolls from Missus C’s Reverie are very exciting. Missus C made them for Chinese New Year, but I think these would be great any time! They will take some time, as the dough has to chill and the filling must be made and cooled before baking, but a day spent baking is a good day indeed. Don’t you think?
