Wow. When I saw the name of this recipe, I wasn’t sure what to think—malt? sprinkles? But then I saw the photograph. This Vanilla Malt Sprinkle Bark Cake from Spicy Ice Cream is gorgeous. And not only that,but it will delight and surprise guests, or that special birthday boy or girl. My favorite thing about this cake is that there are strawberry popping candies in the bark. My second favorite thing? Spicy Ice Cream’s perfect choice for the cake’s flavor. Vanilla Malt, mmmm. However, as she notes, any flavor would do. Chocolate Malt? Strawberry? Decisions, decisions…
