Having a St. Patricks Day do? Looking for something yummy to serve during the festivities? These Baileys Irish Cream Cookies from Buttercream Blondie tick all of the St. Patricks Day boxes. There are shamrocks, there is green and of course .. Booze! Buttercream Blondie describes these cookies in just one word ‘boozylicious’, and with Baileys Irish Cream in both the cookie and the cream filling I’d have to agree. These Cookies sound like a prefect adults only treat.
