I’m so glad Nicole of Heat Oven to 350° worked in the Ben and Jerry’s Factory gift shop so she could find the inspiration to bring us this recipe. These Brownie Cookie Dough Sandwiches are amazing. As Nicole says, “what’s not to love? Brownies, cookie dough…awesome.” The filling is egg-free and the cookies are perfectly brownie-like, soft and chocolatey. Get excited.
