Chocolate and Caramel Layer Cake

There’s no better way to impress some guests or that special someone than with a layer cake. Check out this Chocolate and Caramel Layer Cake from BBC’s Good Food. Why settle for just one type of cake when you can have a layer of chocolate, a layer of vanilla, a layer of caramel, and for the chocoholic, a caramel-chocolate layer too. Between the layers is sweet caramel. This cake is truly decadent and deserving of a perfect pairing. I’m thinking a nice red wine or maybe just a big glass of milk.
