Sometimes there are some things that are so wonderful apart that combining them never even springs to mind. And then, suddenly, together they are better than you could have ever imagined. Just like girly dresses and combat boots or Jay and Silent Bob, this Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake from Easybaked combines two great things – a cheesecake topping of cream cheese and Cool Whip with a cookie base, and chocolate chips all the way through. The result? Incredible. The secret to this one seems to be the special mini cheesecake pan, which is probably the best investment I’ve ever heard of.
