Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake

While cheesecake isn’t typically something I crave or make all that often (I know, what the heck is up with that, right?), I will say that I LOVE anything that is of the mini variety when it comes to cheesecake. This Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Recipe from Easy Baked is perfectly satisfying! With just the right amount of chocolate chip cookie dough on the bottom and a delicious chocolate chip cheesecake on top, these little guys have it all! The mini cheesecake pan she uses for this recipe is pretty clever as well, and something I now need to own!
