Chocolate Stout Cupcakes with Vanilla Bean Buttercream

St. Patty’s Day is fast-approaching!  If you’re not planning on stocking up on beer, why not make these Chocolate Stout Cupcakes with Vanilla Bean Buttercream instead?  Thank you to The Urban Baker for the wonderful recipe!  With Guinness and cocoa powder in the cake and Bailey’s in the frosting, these are going to be divine.  I love the little shamrock sprinkles!  If you forget to wear green on St. Patrick’s Day, make sure you’re armed with these cupcakes.  No one would dare pinch a cupcake-baker.
