Citrus Cake

Sometimes there are cakes that make you do a double-take. This incredible Citrus Cake by Pure Vege made me do a triple take! It’s one of the most gorgeous cakes I’ve seen, mixing the light dusting of sugary “snow” with the spark of promised summertime with zesty orange slices. Alas, there is no recipe, but the possibilities behind this inspiration seem endless. Perhaps an orange cake? A vanilla bean pound cake? Whatever you decide, I want a piece!
