Jello Pinwheels

What kid doesn’t love Jell-O (or adult for that matter)? It wiggles, it’s colorful and it tastes great! Jello Girl from Joy of Jello has taken this treat to a whole new level with Gelatin Pinwheels. With just 3 ingredients (2 if you don’t count water as an ingredient), you can make these amazing treats that are great for snacks, lunchboxes or parties. These pinwheels of delight are perfect for the holidays as you can make them whatever color you want like red for Valentine’s Day, Green for St. Patrick’s Day, etc. Besides tasting delicious, they are a a cinch to make and when you’re done they really do look like pinwheels!
