There’s just something about the combination of peanuts and chocolate, don’t you think? It must be the combination of sweet and salty that makes us so addicted. Sweet chocolate certainly pairs well with salted peanuts. In fact, the two pair so well together that we now celebrate today, March 8th, as National Peanut Cluster Day. Today calls for melted chocolate, peanuts, and wax paper, and we’ve found a great recipe for you to celebrate with. To make sure you never miss out, check out our complete list of National Dessert Days.

According to Naomi from Bakers Royale, “This homemade candy can be assembled in minutes with just three components: salted peanuts, caramel and melted chocolate.” She even gives us a homemade caramel recipe! Oh, and did we mention that this is also a quick, no-bake recipe? Perfect for celebration!  Grab the recipe for Salted Peanut Caramel Clusters from Naomi’s blog!
