Ocean Themed Cake Pop Cake

We all know that parties with a theme are becoming more popular by the day. There are so many great ideas out there and this Cake Ball Cake (made for a Mod Fish baby shower) that was shared by The Party Dress is just adorable. The bubbles on the cake are actually made from cake balls in varying shades of blue. They are strategically placed around the fondant covered cake creating the “water”. A cute fish topper finishes the look for a whimsical cake that is not only fun, but beautiful.
