All sorts of things can inspire culinary genius. Take these beautiful Pistachio and White Chocolate Cupcakes from Fresh for example. The recipe was inspired by the New England countryside. The sweet green frosting and little hints of deeper green and brown in the pistachio garnish do resemble the colors of spring. I can’t wait to try these cupcakes with pistachio flour right in the mix. The author calls them, “light, fluffy, creamy.” Sounds perfect.
