Root Beer Float Cookie

Root Beer Float Cookie

Cookies are one of my favorite desserts to bake. With so many fun recipes out there, you could literally bake a different kind each day. I’m always on the lookout for a great cookie recipe and this recipe for Root Beer Float Cookies by Heat Oven To 350 is definitely going into my “save” pile! I love the idea of putting the flavor of a root beer float into a cookie. The name alone sounds delicious! You’ll need to pick up some root beer extract and white chocolate chips to bring this cookie to life, but the rest is easy. Once my cookies are done I plan to follow Nicole’s suggestion and turn them into “killer ice cream sandwiches!” Yum!
