There is something so charming about putting everything you have in the pantry into your cookies in order to make them delicious. Ditch the kitchen sink this time though, and take a hint from Jenny Flake. On her blog Picky Palate, she divulges a cookie recipe taken directly from what she found in her father-in-law’s pantry. Stuffed with chocolate and marshmallows, the real highlight of these Cherry, Chocolate Chunk, and Marshmallow Cookies are the cherry sticks that found their way into these exquisitely distinctive cookies. Jenny tells us that if you can’t find cherry sticks, experiment with raspberry, orange, or whatever else you may be able to find in your pantry. Ooey, gooey, super chewy, and just a little fruity, these cookies have everything that is enjoyable going for them—with a cherry on top.
