If your cookie of choice is a nice, simple chocolate chip, then you’ll want to take note of these Chocolate Chip Cupcakes with Chocolate Chip Frosting from Martha Stewart. With beaten egg whites in the batter, you know these cupcakes will be light and fluffy, plus, topping them off with a chocolate chip buttercream frosting seals the deal. I love using the mini chocolate chips in recipes like this, and I bet a combination of milk chocolate and peanut butter chips would be amazing!
