These S’mores cupcakes are, from the outside in, beautiful and uniquely delicious. Starting with the graham cracker crusted outside that gives it a crunch, it is then topped with a meringue that adds a soft sweetness. And like most s’mores cupcakes, the toppings are what set the batch apart. These cupcakes have a milk chocolate ganache and dehydrated mini marshmallows, giving you a s’more cupcake in which all the ingredients hit your mouth at the same time. Add a glass of milk and bring them to the campfire. These treats will make any scary story end a little sweeter.
