Despite having a huge sweet tooth, I have never been able to finish one of the huge Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls at the mall. The flavors, the sweetness, all end up kicking me in the mouth. Luckily, thanks to this Cinnamon Roll Cookie Bar Recipe from Blissful Whimsy, I can finally eat all the cinnamon goodness I’ve always wanted to at home! The bottom of this bar is made with yellow cake and brown sugar for a great flavor that just melts in your mouth. The frosting is the same melty-sugar deliciousness you’d expect from a cinnamon bun, but this time you can add just as much frosting as you wish.

I came across this recipe on your site yesterday and the minute I got home, I just HAD TO MAKE IT! I had a box of butter pecan cake mix so I used that as well as a cream cheese glaze since I had cream cheese in the fridge. Let me tell you — beyond my wildest expectations of tasting so sinfully delicious!
