Creamy Lime Squares

Don’t tell me that these Creamy Lime Squares don’t make your mouth pucker just by looking at them! Yum! Not only would they be the perfect treat for St. Patty’s Day, but I immediately thought – Margaritas! Is that bad? Well, I guess Jenna of Eat, Live, Run and I have more in common than just a love of desserts, because even she suggests pairing the two. I’m definitely taking one of the suggestions from the comments to make these lime squares along with traditional lemon bars and display them together for brunch. Ooh, Mother’s Day is coming up!
